Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Method, price and estimate are shown before ordering.
Destinations
We currently deliver only to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Germany is not launched. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days.
Prices and payment
Czech prices are in CZK; Slovak prices are in EUR using the fixed Slovak market rate. The checkout total is final. Available methods include Shopify Payments cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer to 3678594010/3030 and paid cash on delivery where offered. PayPal is not supported.
Gift vouchers
Electronic vouchers are emailed after payment. Physical vouchers are delivered by a checkout carrier.
Returns
The customer pays direct withdrawal return costs. Reasonable costs of a justified complaint are reimbursed. See Complaints and Returns.
