Effective 1 September 2026
1. Seller and scope
MIZUAL SCENT s.r.o., Company ID 29751306, registered office at Plzeňská 3352/156, 150 00 Prague 5 – Smíchov, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 451651, email info@mizual.cz, telephone +420 608 324 451 (the “Seller”).
These terms govern consumer purchases at mizual.cz. Wholesale and other business purchases require separate terms.
2. Order and contract
Product details, availability and total price including delivery and fees are shown before ordering. Czech prices are in CZK; Slovak prices are in EUR using the Seller’s fixed market rate. The checkout total is decisive.
The customer can review and correct the order before using a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay. A purely technical receipt is not acceptance if expressly labelled as such. The contract is formed when the Seller confirms acceptance or states that the order is being prepared; the current “Thank you for your order” preparation email is acceptance. Before acceptance the Seller may refuse an unavailable, undeliverable, abusive or obviously mispriced order and promptly refund payment.
The order and these terms are supplied by email or another durable format.
3. Payment
Available methods shown at checkout may include Shopify Payments cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, transfer to 3678594010/3030 at Air Bank and paid cash on delivery. PayPal is not supported.
4. Delivery
Orders are usually handed to the carrier in 1–2 business days and, unless otherwise agreed, delivered within 30 days. Risk passes on receipt, except for a carrier independently chosen by the consumer and not offered by the Seller. See Shipping and Payment.
5. Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@mizual.cz or using Complaints and Returns. Goods must be returned within 14 days at the consumer’s direct cost. Refunds include the cheapest standard outbound delivery and may be withheld until goods or dispatch proof are received. Liability is limited to diminished value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection.
The sealed-goods hygiene exception applies only where the particular goods genuinely cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after the hygienic seal is broken. Ordinary packaging or reed-diffuser packaging does not itself exclude withdrawal. Defect rights remain.
6. Gifts and samples
A promotional gift is conditional on the qualifying purchase. If full or relevant partial withdrawal removes eligibility, the gift must be returned where held and returnable. A normal sample consumed only for customary testing need not be returned. Only actual statutory unjust enrichment may be claimed, not a contractual penalty.
7. Gift vouchers
Electronic vouchers are delivered by email and physical vouchers by carrier. Validity is stated with the product or on the voucher; otherwise it is three years from issue. An unused voucher is subject to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Refunds of goods paid by voucher are restored to the voucher balance or original payment combination.
8. Defects
Consumers may raise defects appearing within two years. A defect appearing within one year is presumed to have existed on receipt unless incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect. Statutory repair, replacement, discount and withdrawal remedies apply. Czech complaints are completed within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed; mandatory Slovak rules apply to Slovak consumers. Reasonable complaint costs are reimbursed.
9. Safety
Follow ingredients, directions and warnings. Stop cosmetic use on irritation. Keep diffusers away from children and animals, avoid ingestion and eye contact, and protect surfaces.
10. Data and disputes
See the Privacy Policy. ADR: Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, adr@coi.gov.cz, ADR information. The EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025.
11. Final terms
Czech law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their habitual-residence country under EU rules. Amendments apply only to contracts formed after the new version takes effect.
